Ryan Serhant launches AI avatar channel @HeySerhant with HeyGen

Ryan Serhant, founder and CEO of SERHANT, has partnered with HeyGen to launch @HeySerhant, a channel using an AI avatar modelled on his likeness and voice. Real Estate News reported the launch on 9 October 2026. According to the news release, the channel will publish original content daily for the next 12 months, with HeyGen's technology generating the videos.

The channel covers real estate, leadership and market perspectives, and the avatar will answer questions commonly raised by agents and business owners, per the news release. Serhant helps develop and approves the topics and messaging, so he does not have to record each post. HeyGen CMO Andrew Mok said Serhant "has more ideas, stories, and advice to share than he has hours in the day to film content", while Serhant said the partnership helps him scale his presence and extend his brand to more agents, listings and client conversations. No figures on cost, audience or results were given. HeyGen's own page (heygen.com/heyserhant) describes @HeySerhant as his official avatar, with a daily series on Instagram and TikTok.
